Phu My Fertilizer

The Phu My Fertilizer Plant was engineered and constructed with licensed technologies from Danish Haldor Topsoe and Italian Snamproghetti to produce ammonia (540,000 tons per year) and prilled urea (800,000 tons per year ).
These are world leading technologies with closed manufacturing process, using natural gas and fresh air as input materials and giving urea and ammonia as output products. The plant has own power supply unit, which makes plant’s operation uninterruptible and independent from national power network supply.
The plant has 4 main units – Ammonia unit, Urea unit, Utility unit, Product unit, and other functional units. The engineer and worker staff have managed to run the plant stably, safely and efficiently; the production have continuously reached and overcome designed capacity.

With high skilled engineer and technician staff, the Phu My Plant has made significant achievements and contributions to the success of the Corporation. In the year of 2009, the Plant was granted State Labor Medal Grade 3; in 2010 the Plant was given national “Vietnam construction quality Gold Cup” Award and in 2013, the plant was granted State Labor Meda grade 1.
